I'm no expert on Catwoman, but I'd wager Fisk.

Eh, i'd vote catwoman. Be a pretty good fight though.

Catwoman shouldn't have the strength to beat Fisk.

The only advantages Catwoman has is Speed/Agility and her Claws. I don't think that is enough to win though.

Ends in sex

Fisk. He is too durable and strong to be defeated by Selina.

WF takes this. Catwoman gets punched into oblivion.

Selina. She tricks him in this scenario

Claws and a whip are a pretty good advantage.

Kingpin had out muscled Spider-Man in a few of their encounters. He wins if he catches Catwoman by the arm.

From what I've seen and heard of Kingpin, he's too physically imposing for Selina.

catwoman has done ok against slade bane and croc i don't see why she couldn't hang with fisk.

Selina could win, but it’d be extremely difficult

Fisk. Once he grabs her (when, not if) its all over for her.
