Black Widow is an secret agent/assassin getting into missions where - if she has to - take on guards and kill there corrupted leaders and rescue operations. Catwoman is just a Cat burglar who is witty and has to use deception to survive through the day. Black Widow took on a large number of security guards single handedly with gadgets while Catwoman can handle herself she didn't take on that many guys which were common thugs. Black Widow help fight off aliens that were about to take over the world. Catwoman took on some guys now and then but would rather run away to a far away place than risk her life to save others. I'll give her credit for killing Bane using the Batpod guns but Black Widow can do just the same plus ride a ship and shutdown the portal between worlds. Black Widow wins.

@ChaosBlazer: am a fan of both but i think people just agree black widow would win i think shes better trained and has shown better feats, even though i do like catwomans character also. but widow is hotter .
