I wouldn't call taking down a Nazi a feat but regardless, I can't honestly debate for Moon Knight. His classic appearances show inconsistent feats and his current series (although I've enjoyed the majority of it) has gone down hill lately.

Actually not only was it written by more then 1 writer, it was stated in comics by other writers. At first he wasnt a joke until a Green Arrow comic depicted him as one. Then he went to go make himself something...

He was always a joke. even from his first appearance in detective Comics #311 when he tried to make Batman and Robin into cat-food. He started out as a n inventor.
