23 feet gives Floyd enough room to fill Thomas with a lot of bullets.

@ShadowKing: To my knowledge, Catman really doesn't have any significant dodging feats to justify closing that gap for a majority IMO.

@ShadowKing: I don't think that means there's anything wrong with him. Not a lot of melee fighters would be able to close a decent gap against Deadshot. It's possible he could, I just don't view it as likely.

You should have made this in close or medium range for a better chance for Catman.

Regardless, Deadshot should win this. His armor and excellent marksmanship is too much for Catman.
