Castiel would probably stop at Bruce (if he made it that far), since he's got the power of Morgan Freeman (aka God), and Castiel's spent most of his time working for that guy. But, with prep time, as long as anyone finds the right way to handle any Supernatural angel, they can easily trap Cas. If they can't find the stuff for angels in their time (which was hard enough for a guy who spends most of his time looking up weaknesses through occult lore and such to find anything in a longer time frame), they're probably in the hole. If it's no morals, he doesn't need to hold back, and that's what he had to do just to talk to people. Spectre and Eclipso would probably count as a higher class of angel than him (since both beings were the Wrath of the big guy), they would take him. He can probably beat Dr. Manhattan, but he might need to worry about his host (or not, if he can leave him to fight).
@The Stegman: But he did a lot of high level stuff, like pulling the moon closer to Earth. If Castiel came at Bruce looking to kill him, Im sure Bruce would be powerful enough to stop him.
