I dunno, I'm not Bucky Barnes so I really can't come up with a strategy as effective as he could. I just think that, keeping their characters in mind, Winter Soldier would be able to overcome Batgirl some how in an actual comic book encounter.

Has Slade every fought Cassandra to win though? I recall their first fight where he was only luring her around so she would fight Ravager, if he wanted to fight her himself then who knows what would have happened.

@nickzambuto: You're thinking of their second fight. In their first fight he never knew who she was IIRC and she still held her own.

@nickzambuto: She can utilize speed effectively, actually --- to cover distances and in combat. Integrate her speed with her fighting skill, and he loses.

Highly doubt WS would be able to outsmart her once he's in sight, CC should be able to predict his every movement & actions with her body-reading ability. Add that with her speed and skill.

Bucky has outsmarted Wolverine while prepped and with Logan not even knowing that he's coming for him. He's not in that type of situation here.

Unless I'm looking at that picture wrong, it's an open rooftop environment with no cover and one of the combatants has a fully automatic firearm and noted impeccable aim. There's no stated starting distance however so that can be mitigated if they're face to face.

Winter soldier wins by his experience although when the prep is not enough and its a straight fight I have to say Cass.

Cassandra Cain has dodged sniper bullets after they are fired as part of her training. That in combination with her move reading would allow her to close the gap.
