Ehh. Cass because she has more feats.

White Canary was f'n awesome and its disappointing DC didnt do more with her. But like DarthAz stated, her lack of feats (especially compared to Cass) make for alot of conjecture, speculation, and hyperbole. She had some great moments though.

They should really have done more with white canary maybe in the new 52 they can. Still i will pick cass because she has better feats.
