Cassandra Cain Vs The Wanderer

Here is the Scenario:
 
 
Cassandra Cain: arguably the world's greatest Martial Artist, Former leader of the League of Assassins, Former Batgirl, Kinesthetic Communication (reads body language), Has access to the Resources of the Bat Family, Former Member of the Justice League Elite

Vs:
 
The Wanderer, Leader of the Council of Spiders (Rival Assassins Organization), Master Martial Artist, Death Touch

**Important Notes**
Cassandra is without a doubt the better fighter; and can read her attacks, however If Wanderer hits her once in an exposed area she is dead.
Cassandra fights for duty and instinct Wanderer kills for sport.  
Cassandra is M master combatant but a marginal strategist while Wanderer is a very capable one was able to invade the Cradle (League of Assassins International Base) and Kill a Ra's al Ghul double.

They have a week to prepare time to prepare and they know who their primary enemy/opposition is--each other

Provided that CC doesn't let any part of her skin touch the Wanderer, Cassie may be able to pull a win.
