I will admit that I know little about Cass, but the fact that she was able to slap a Kryptonian makes me put her muscle reading into the category of pure unadulterated CHARACTER INDUCED STUPIDITY. With that said I think anyone who was trained from birth to be an assassin will likely be able to beat a former acrobat turned sidekick even if that sidekick was trained by the Bat. I give it to Cass in H2H but only in this setting. She is far to emotionally fragile to beat the truest disciple of the Bat in a real battle. The reason being is that the greatest cheaters in comic-book history are Bruce, Dick, and Ollie. A true non meta hero has to cheat. They face superior foes and find a way to win. In sum, if Cass went evil there are three heroes I'd call to take her down and I would have full confidence in their ability to do it.
If they use weapons, they MIGHT beat her...
if not, poor them...lol
But if they have prep time, than Bruce can do it solos
