I might give a majority to Cass, Cain can out-skills Widow and is probably fast enough to cut Bane's venom tube and land in some quick enough hits to take him out.

Huh. I see people underestimating both characters. Black widow is almost like the female, Russian, Captain America (Captain Russia?). Her H2H skills and durability aren't as high, but still respectable. And Bane, well, his H2H is also phenomenal, about equal to Natasha's. His speed is good, although much under that of two lithe gymnasts. Plus his tactical mind is on the level of Captain America.

Both are definitely not non-factors, but neither of them are going to be soloing, either. I say that Cass wins due to superior skill, speed, agility (maybe), gear, and a precognitive sense.

Once again DC fans are trashing and low balling marvels characters. Black widow isn't fodder and is in the punishers and Spider-mans bracket of h2h. Not quite batman or captain america but oh can she hang. Bane and ra's al guhl probably fall in this tier as both are a notch down from batman.

Cass beats Bane after she one-shots Natasha.

Black widow has lost to lady buslleye, and been one shotted by daredevil, lost to bullseye, been one shotted by Karnak, and has been stalemated by punisher twice. Her best feat are stalemating elektra, stomping mocking bird, and fighting daredevil when daredevil was trying to talk her and literally ended up standing there and letting black widow shoot him....

Bane has a much better consistent track record. Black Widow is not top tier fighter.

Like Jash said, it kind of does considering she's incapable of doing the same thing. And "hang" is a bit of an understatment. During one of their fights he literally overpowered Bruce and forcibly dunked his head under water which nearly killed Bruce. Natasha has much less impressive showings, like getting stomped by Bullseye, Winter Soldier and Daredevil(all of whom are less skilled and physically imposing than Batman, Bullseye by a wide margin)or getting stalemated by Punisher, who's less skilled than someone like Nightwing, who Bane's stomped. Bane's also beaten and stalemated Azreal several times who has stats 5 times above his own and considerable skill of his own. The 3 feats I've mentioned here alone put Bane far above Black Widow.

MCU Widow is actually > comic Widow in my opinion.

Im thinking team. Bane vs Cass is 50/50 to me and Cass would have to avoid Bane's moves the whole time.

I think that Cass would win 8/10...The reason is, morals are "on" meaning that Cass would hold-back, while Bane wouldn't have that problem, and normally, a 1-on-1 fight between them in this circunstances, would already be a very close fight, but the OP stated that the distance between them, is just 20-feet, which is too close imo, Cass could speed-blitz him, but she would be pulling-off her punches and kicks, so i think that she would win this via nerve-strikes/pressure-points, though Bane is skilled himself, but with such small distance between them, Bane would have no defense from a speed-blitz, followed with a nerve-strike.

Now, this is a 2-on-1 battle, and i'm not very knowledgeable on Black Widow, though i've seen plenty of users debating her in the battle threads, and i've seen nothing that puts her even close to Cassandra's level, so i see her, as being a distraction here at best.

Team 10/10 black widow stalemated Elektra so she isn't a push over. Team take it due to Bane's Strength, Skill and Durability and Widow due to amped attributes and good Equipment. I think the team take it every round but barley winning each time, Cass isn't going down without giving them the fight off there life.

Also, they don't have the speed to be able to get past her precognitive senses.
