The X-men have a shot as long as Gambit lives as he's the only one of them who could hope to hurt Carnage. However if Carnage kills him before they manage to get any plan set up he wins. Carnage for the majority.
I think since its crowded the x-men will be at a disadvantage but i think as long as nightcrawler bamfs Gambit around taking shots while beast & wolverine engage they should take this also couldn't archangel tear carnage apart with his wings ? . .

Considering Carnage has had his head cut off and kept fighting I don't see Archangel doing any lasting damage to him.
