What makes you say that? Carnage destroyed Spidey and Venom in seconds, Toxin would be a challenge but I don't think he's that powerful.

As said above, Toxin could take Venom, Carnage & Spider-Man by himself. I don't know where you heard that Toxin is only a "challenge" for Carnage. Because Carnage isn't even a challenge to Toxin, not even merely.

Carnage at best is a 40-50 tonner. Toxin is a 90-100+ tonner.

@pope052: If its Brock as Toxin and Cletus as Carnage then this would be a reasonable fight. The team would win but it wouldn't be easy.

@venomoushatred1001: Venom vs Carnage #4 he defeated both Venom and Carnage at once. In the Toxin Miniseries in 2006 he slapped Spiderman. He did do those things and his streghnth is both more than Venom and Carnage combined

EDIT: I always reread the comic afterward lol. He defeated them both but you can say Black Cat and Spidey were there but he basically defeated them or else we would've had a dead spider and cat
