Carnage is bloodlusted. Morlun has morals on.

LOL. Even if Morlun has his morals off he still loses.

At full power Morlun rips apart adamantium. Go read Black Panther, he ripped an adamantium net and shocked everyone.
 
He is also very invulnerable and can most likely suck the life force from Carnage.

Morlun, his body can't be damaged by Carnage, and he would absorb the life of  Cletus Kasady  and the Suit, there is nothing that Carnage is able to do to survive against Morlun.
