Carnage vs DeathStroke

Yes the battle between Marvel's insane symbiote vs Dc's version of Deadpool Death stroke 

With prep, Deathstroke. 
 
With no prep, Carnage. (Unless Slade is equipped with a flame-thrower)

hi just wanted to start off by saying that you cant say "DC's version of deadpool" Deathstroke was created before deadpool and doesnt joke about stuff like deadpool.the only thing the two really have in common is the fact that Deadpool and Deathstroke either work for their own gain or someone else if they are paid enough.
 
As for the fight: Ill take what Nefarious said.

Carnage takes this in a random encounter.

if Deathstroke has knowledge of Carnage's weaknesses and time to prepare before going after Carnage, I think Deathstroke has a decent chance of beating Carnage

Carnage has beaten teams of Avengers. Deathstroke has no chance without prep.

with prep for DS is a much more interesting fight...i.e. if he's assigned to take out Carnage and is given sufficient time to pick his gear, prepare etc.

Pretty much what everyone else has been saying here has been right on the money. Carnage will cream Slade if they just meet without preparation. Slade is deadly but Carnage will school him in a random encounter. If, on the other hand, Deathstroke has proper time to prepare. Carnage is in for a surprise.

First off, Deadpool is Marvel's version of Deathstroke. Also, if there's prep, Deathstroke can beat Carnage like a drum with fire and sound. Without prep, Slade gets eaten.

Carnage in a random encounter but I really do see Deathstroke winning with prep.

didn't current carnage beat spider-man and iron man at the same time in his most recent showing when he became "mass carnage"? I don't know I didn't get carnage series but either way this is a stomp in favour of carnage.

Someone mentioned Carnage taking on the Avengers. Slade was stomping the Teen Titans and JLA.

In a random encounter, Slade will not easily go down. He could always evade hits from carnage while he is exploiting carnage's weaknesses. 
 
So I'd be rooting for Deathstroke.

so slade   cant use his experience via no prep, and out think his opponent luring carnage into sum power lines  tangling up ol carnage with a bigg zapperu to KO him?  he with all his experience cant do that without prep?

without prep deathstroke is just as deadly because at that point he is not predictable!!!!  that's  even more deadly people!!!

u guys are under-estimating DS he might have a chance in a random encounter about 4/10 
If he had prep i'd say 9/10 
But of course he can just run away.

Slade might be able to figure out a way to win. After all, his main power is that he is smarter then its possible for a person to be.

But I don't know if he could take the majority.

If Carnage stood still and let Slade hit him full on as hard as he could... Slade would probably hurt his hand.

This fight is as Carnage would put it a slauterfest in his favor:

Slade will probably either get eaten or turned into his puppet.
