To actually answer this seriously, instead of fooling around, if Deadpool does not have a sonic device (grenades can easily be avoided by someone of Carnage's agility/reaction timing), Casady will make him wish he could die.

Even with a flamethrower, he's got to properly apply enough and a flame thrower still doesnt have good range. Carnages speed could still grant him a win.

Honestly i love how carnage has his symbiote weapons but in real life guns,swords,grenades and especially accelarated healing factors (better than logan's healing factor) are it! If he gets his arms and legs cut off then he would grow new ones.
Current Carnage stomps. Even the old Carnage would sill win. If Deadpool had prep and intel on Carnage he could possibly win but the op has failed to state any rules.

Yeah, Carnage would win. Sure, Deadpool could regenerate from any of Carnage's attacks, but I think he would eventually just forfeit after losing all of his limbs and organs a couple of times. Unless he was equipped with sonic grenades, or a flamethrower, he can't hurt Carnage.
