Carnage vs Captain America and Deadshot

Carnage is blood-lusted, team is morals off. Battle is to the death or incapacitation and takes place in abandoned New York City. Captain America has his suit, shield, and a flame thrower. Deadshot has his standard gear and a sonic gun (with limited shots, he can't just spam the gun non-stop). No prep either way. Who wins and why?

Even if u didn't allow this IIRC flames don't work on him. He is also a bullet timer like Peter, he has also beaten peter and venom, and those two alone would out do these two in an actual fight with no PIS.

the venom symbiote is already absolutely bullet proof, no matter where you hit him and the carnage symbiote is even more powerful than the venom symbiote........ deadshot isn't soloing anything here....... he would die in the first 10 seconds of the fight...... captain america is more durable and agile than deadshot and almost got killed by ONE punch from venom and carnage is even stronger + far more ruthless + has spikey tendrils

Carnage Stomps, rips off their heads and eats them. He jams the sonic gun with his tendrils/red goo. In Maximum Carnage it took the sonic gun and Firestar's powers to take him down. He was straight up no selling the sonic gun by itself at times.
