Ellie's stealth is nothing to scoff at. She could most likely sneak up on Carl and put a bullet through his head before he even knows what's happening. I also see Ellie's stealth letting her take the unarmed round as well.

Ellie wins. She is basically a mini Katniss with better stealth and knowledge on guns. Plus Carl isn't really very stealthy, and Ellie is too smart to just walk up and engage in a gun fight. Also she has a better personality.

Ellie wins that also. Carl is only 13 years old whilst Ellie is 14. She should be physically stronger than Carl as male muscles don't develop beyond a females on average until 15 to 16 years. She also has better melee and h2h feats than Carl, able to take down grown men.
