depends on the arena, if there is metal there for magneto to manipulate then it's a win for Mag's...

if it's a hand to hand fight, then it's a win for Carnage

I think Magento could beat Carnage. There should be some form of Iron in Carnage that Magneto could manipulate

Pull the molten metal from under the earths core and cuz symbiotes are weak to heat the symbiote would die out and cletus would be burned by molten lava (earth metal)

depends where the battle is like someone already stated

in an city where there are tons of cars and other magnetic objects then its an easy win for magneto

in an place where there isnt any metal at all where mags has too depend on his hand to hand skills then its an easy win for carnage...
