In Depends On Where The Fight Is...

If They Fight In a Bio Sphere ( Low Pollution Area )... Captain Planet could win simply because he has the Speed to at least keep away from Diana while he uses the Elements and his Decent Scale Super Strength to combat her

If They Fight within The Earth outside of a Low Polluted Area... Diana Would Kill Captain Planet... Captain Planet could give her a decent fight... but she could just toss him into a some Toxic Waste and kill him

So why are they even fighting?

He's physically stronger than her and he can manipulate the elements. She could win but she'd have to work for it.

You're asking the wrong person why they are fighting.

Anyway, what makes him physically stronger than her? He can manipulate elements, but she has the speed advantage on her side, plus the combat skills.

They Are Fighting Because Its a Battle Thread... the Battle itself doesnt always have to make perfect sense...

But on the Real... Captain Planet isnt physically stronger than Wonder Woman nor is he faster... but he is near her level physically... which would make this fight interesting... as long as they stay on Earth...
