A Captain Marvel villain, who is not looking to powerful nowadays, compared to his classic showings. He took some super soilder serum, which gave him his powers if I recall. He was easily beat by Wonder Woman if I remember correctly, and Mr.Majestic stomps Wonder Woman too.

Interesting parallels though. Majestic is in a way a member of a 'master race', in terms of their personal power, and the fact they are actually rulers over other races.

Majestic! Nazi's Powers seem to fluctuate, at best he can go a few rounds with the elder Marvels (probably with jobbering on the Marvels), Medium he gets owned by Wonder Woman, worst he is taking on the Jr Marvels.

I think His normal levels are supposed to be a step lower than Captain Marvel
