Captain Marvel(DC) VS Statesman

I think most people know who Captain Marvel is and what he is capable of so I will touch on the Statesman a little. Power wise he is much like Captain Marvel and Superman. He posses Superhuman strength, speed, durability, stamina, sense, has a degree of invulnerability, and control over electricity. It was said that he was given the power of Zues.

Specify which Captain Marvel this is about. The character in the picture is Feddy Freeman aka Shazam, but he was never called just "Captain Marvel".

I don't think Satesmen has never demonstrated powers at the level of Capt Marvel.
Until he does, Capt Marvel for the win.
