actually...which one? captain marvel dc, or captain marvel marvel?

dc: no problem beating wwh hulk in any way.
marvel: win via photon blasts. since they're labeled as powerful enough to destroy planets.

This is Lord Mar-Vell. He is much more powerfull than classic one.

I've heard about it couple times. I even made a thread with him to see that, but no one posted it. Do You have a scan with Cap emitting energy powerfull enough to destroy planet?

um. i did say earlier that he defeated death? idk if that means anything to you but the only other person i can think of that did that was the beyonder and he aint no joke. not to mention beyonder brought death back shortly afterwards. id say thats some power for lord mar-vell.

Dont go to Marvel.Wikia for facts. Lord Marvell made a pact with the many angeld ones so he wouldnt die and then threw prep and planning managed to let them into the universe which eliminated Death

ok. i cant say i know what actually happened. i never read it. however i dont know that you did. but im gunna guess through logic that you did. however, the fact remains, he is either greater than or equal to captain marvel from earth 616 who is known for blasts that can destroy planets. what are the odds that even world war hulk can survive? he was barely hurt by a whisper from a skrull black bolt. sentry hurts him rather easily. void has broken every bone in hulks body with one punch which reverted him back to banner. i think a planet destroying blast could have a similar effect. therefore with hulk being banner lord mar-vell wins.

Wait a second. I'm pretty sure in The Thanos Imperative (at least so far), it never stated who actually managed to defeat Death. It was just said that they managed to figure out a way to defeat Death in their universe, not that Lord Mar-vell actually defeated Death himself. Correct me if I am wrong, but if you do, please back it up with a scan or something.

Death wasn't simply defeated. It was long process that take some ritual. Ir wasn't classic fight.

But Lord Mar-Vell (in TI#4) one shoted Surfer, stomp Nova (all without effort) and than made some explosion that desroyed ship in which were CA and others.

I would put him (for now) in Tyrant's level.

I just read The Thanos Imperative #4 and wow, that was an amazing issue. I'm absolutely loving this series. Too bad there's only 2 more issues! Really gotta get this Cosmic Avengers team here back together ASAP! Thanos had a seriously bad ass moment there too
