Okay, the consensus is that Thor is more powerful than Raiden on so many levels that Raiden has absolutely nothing to save his skin. Yeah, that's a godly given. As for Captain Marvel facing Thor, that's sort of reminiscent of Superman vs Thor, in that they'd be bashing back and forth; but this time with magic in the mix. Unless Captain Marvel is immune to Thor's highly destructive eldrich lightning, as Jean mentioned above, what's stopping him from turning Marvel back into Billy?
