I tihnk that people are understimating Billy here, he has also been able to take down Superman...

Is there a REAL reason or logic or are you guys just playing favorites? I don't assume Billy would keep going head-to-head with the mongoloid and get the Wizard involved but I DO think that if he does it would be like what happened to Superman. Both die.
