Thats a tough call, but I think that after a hard fought battle Captain Marvel will come out as the winner.

But Captain Marvel can do, but doesn't not do that thing which doesn't not possibly give him the edge in this battle. So I'm going to say Captain Marvel stomp.

@Iron_Turtle: Let me put it like this.  Captain Marvel has much better/worst feats, powers, and skills than Captain Marvel.  Captain Marvel is also much less/more intelligent than Captain Marvel.  That's why Captain Marvel wins/loses against Captain Marvel evrey time.

Current versions Walter beats Billy.

Not buying into the other BS going down on this thread.

They even out in strength, speed, invulnerability and cosmic awareness matches Wisdom of Solomon. So Walters other powers like energy manipulation are teh telling difference.

.......so what you're saying is Captain Marvel can't beat Captain Marvel due to CIS. That's BS because PIS would clearly cause Captain Marvel to out maneuver Captain Marvel every time he used it...and that's his primary ability. In fact there are some great Captain Marvel scans that show him doing this. Clearly Captain Marvel is not in the same league as Captain Marvel. CLEARLY!

There are 4 versions of Genis. Only one of them was that powerful.

@LordRequiem: The current version uses the title Photon. When Genis was that powerful (usually called his Mad God stage) his sister Phyla-Vell was Photon.

@CitizenBane: How can the current version hold such a mantle when he's dead? And had his remains scattered across the darkforce dimension to ensure they would not reform. I just assumed he'd have gotten more crazy until he died, 'cus Photon was his last incarnation before he was killed by Atlas and Zemo.
