right captain marvel may be a little stronger than supergirl, as he is on par with superman
i would say captain marvel takes this, i think this because he was beating superman in kindom come, (beating superman earth 22) superman earth 22 is one of the best supermans you can get, even though he is older than the other supermans, he has become so powerful he is immune to kryptonite, and in kingdom come towards the end with that huge war captain amrvel seemed to be kicking the crap out of superman and laughing whilst doing it, and he took out a bomb superman could probably just take out, and since he was beating superman i say he could beat supergirl, oh and supergirl will be weaker angainst magic, and captain marvel is magic

Billy. But only due to the magical advantage. He's about equal with Superman in terms of strength, speed and durability. However, by using magic attacks, CM has an edge over kryptonians. By calling down magical lightning or using lightning enhanced punches Billy would be able to beat Superman. Just punching him normally wouldn't do it. The punches and attacks themselves would have to be magic in order for them to seriously damage Supes like here:

erm, why would Clark tell her about Billy all of a sudden? if she had prep, then mabye, if not then she loses, and Billy can try and avoid that, since Clark has done it a few times he will most likely avoid it, he wins

@comicdude23: supergirl is vulnable to magic thats why marvel would use shazam, than he loses. This is supergirl thread not powergirl bty. Billy will counter it with not shazaming, thats the only way for it to not happen which leads to him being outclassed

but she won't know he has a weakness angainst lightning, and it's not in her character to take someone into the sun
@comicdude23: dont use the arugement she wont know about the lightning when everyone knows about the lightning in DC, shes capable of doing it though and you never know she might go all dark kara on him lol.
