Round 2

-Location: Middle of nowhere. Nothing but concrete for miles. Sunny day.

-Morals: On

-Win by knockout

-1 day prep time

-Gear (standard weaponry/gadgets/items)

***No speedblitz or bfr***

I don't understand what the point is in giving both teams prep but then specifying that all gear has to be standard.

The rules state no speedblitz, and that's what Flash is all about. So if he can't speedblitz ther is no purpose of him being here.

Why can't the Flash speedblitz i mean isn't that kinda his thing.

Why would you turn morals off in metropolis but turn it on when there isn't civilians?

Stark is of no factor, Flash can just turn Stark into a statue via speed steal then continues to pummel Thor.
