It goes like this Captain Levi does his usual thing and actually makes the cut at the nape of the neck of Iron Man's armor and sword breaks. Iron Man just stood there saying to himself "WTF?" "Did that guy just try to cut the back of my neck with a sword? Does he not know I wear armor? Super powered armor at that?" Iron Man then shoots Levi and walks off wondering WTF just happened.

Note : LEVI IS COOLER THAN IRON MAN

I don't really know what you're trying to say here. If you're saying he is more experienced and skilled in combat that Iron Man, he certainly isn't more experienced, and being skilled with some spiderman belt or being skilled in h2h does not translate to being skilled at utilizing advanced power-armor effectively
