Well fight takes place on the black pearl and jack has done some crazy stuff on that ship and could propably avoid the fight for quite some time.....when cornered he would start to argue and debate with Bats and offer him a deal.....and with morals off he gets a punch in the face and thats it.
Some may say Jack wins in a swords vs machette battle, what do you guys think of that?
Batman has defeated Ra's al Ghul in a swordfight, and Ra's has been training for centuries. With his massive speed and strength advantage as well as ample evidence of his sword skill, I see no reason that Batman wouldn't win a swordfight.
Batman rapes. He is a master of all known martial arts, including multiple styles of swordsmanship. Add in gadgets and he wins. Plus he's Batman so...

I know what Jack's chances of winning are, but the volume of entertainment he's given me makes my loyalty stir up and say "Captain Jack sparrow for the win" :D
