I'll take Cold. He's already got a surefire way to stop speedsters and, if i'm not mistaken, he frozen the likes of Superman and Superboy before.

I'm not sure of Cheetah 's intellect here so one hour of prep would just be training and warming up. Cold on the other hand would whip up some kind of gadget so when he charges at him he just freeze blasts her into little ice cubes. Cold wins 6/10

That is one badass picture of Cold, and for that, I give him the win.

Just kidding. I think Cold wins due to preparation and his ability to down speedsters faster than Cheetah! Even though she's a beast.

Supes family holds back -- Cheetah never does, ever, she'll dive through certain danger on the hunch that she can get you first.

She's actually pretty smart, think she was a scientist.

It's not all about speed. Unlike Flashes, Cheetah has strength, durability, and savagery on her side.

Well, they have no way to hold back their durability. Supes is more durable then Cheetah and even he still freezable by Cold's gun.

Because of speed, Flash has her outclassed in every aspect you just mentioned besides savagery.

Well, he's a Flash villain for a reason, countering speedsters is a prerequisite for them. His gun has a cold field that slows speedsters down, which allows him to hit them.
