Captain America.

Captain America swings his shield and KO's Captain Cold 10 seconds into the battle.

I mean how does he even fight with Flash? He being on par with Flash is absolute PIS. He has no superhuman reflexes and training at all. He's just a regular human with vast intelligence. That doesn't help him from being speedblitz by Flash, or even Captain America.

Plus he doesn't use his intelligence wisely. He could prep on many things but he chooses to use it on only freeze/cold based weaponry.

What's Captain Cold feats?

Because from what I've seen he's just a regular human in a freeze suit and freeze weapons. Cap has dealed with more dangerous opponents.

And Captain Cold making the surroundings icy to make Flash slower is absolute PIS. Flash has blitz the likes of Superman before.

Cold is one of the fastest drawers comics. His cold gun can create absolute zero temperature which means Steve won't move. And he's not going to get past his cold shields.

How does that work? It kind of sounds like a prepped attack.

"You can move fast yeah... could probably race over here and dismantle my cold gun before I could even think about firing... if I hadn't already taken a precaution.."

Isn't that a prepped attack? And is that New-52 or Pre-52? Just wondering because New-52 actually sounds stronger.

@Billy Batson: Wait, so what makes Captain Cold's weapons so effective against Speedsters? Is it the actual function of the gun that instantly shoots an invisible absolute zero blast or something? Or is he just a fast gun-drawer? If its the fast gun-drawer than that is PIS.

The actual function, absolute zero, stops you from moving. There's been plenty of times when Cold could have killed the Flash.
Flashes don't always move at top speeds so there's that too..

Also, his field is invisible and freezes things that gets close. Makes them drop. It takes all kinetic energy out of it. Captain Cold murder stomps.
