Who will win?
" @Supreme Marvel: Can he establish Breaking at least the sound barrier? "I'm only familiar with the basics. I don't read much Marvel. I would read Cap' Brit's last series though.
" @Supreme Marvel: th full exstend of Brians new power levels hasnt been reached yet, he could even be same strenght lvl as Ben now. I dont think the minor difference in strenght changes the fact that Brian would win since hes far faster and could just bfr using a flying blitz on Thing "Was this in Captain Britain and MI:13?
@lazystudent: I might actually read them then. Written by Paul Cornell? The soon to be new writer of Action Comics. ::D And writer of Doctor Who.
Depends on how Britain goes about this fight. If he uses his flight capabilities, he can win. If he decides to stay on the ground and fight, Thing would win.

"@Static Shock: very true. Although I don't think that Ben is 100+. Maybe exactly at 100 tons. Although I could be wrong. Etheir way, Brian is smart enough & battle savvy to not fight the Thing straight. "For me, Thing is either at 100 tons or exceeds it by a certain margin. Some people still think that he's at 80 tons, when he's not. As far as fighting on the ground, I'm sure everyone saw what the Thing did to Wonder Man years ago.

In a straight fist fight with Cap not using his speed or flight, ben would have the Edge, but with all his powers being used Cap would win, I would like to come back to this battle when we see Cap's current power level.
" So the thing fom earth-616 can left 100 tons dose that mean a counterpart of the thing can lift 100 tons aswell? "Not necessarily. Different versions may, or may not possess the same characteristics as their mainstream counterparts, but one cannot automatically assume so.
Thank Odin that this battle takes place in London, or Captain Britain would be taking a lot of punishment from Thing. Ben is a lot stronger than he was many years ago. Also, I can't post from my King Majestros account. Grr.

Last I remember, Captain Britain's level of power is dependent on how close and/or in-contact he is with the UK. If he's in the confines of Britain, he'll be at his most powerful.
