Where does this fight take place....didnt Cap Britains power dissipate the farther he got away from Britain?

That happened after the depowerment and as i said, he wasn't retconned here in this battle, so, well the battle takes place in the Judean Desert

I didn't think Captain Britain was anywhere near MM's level.

@Void: The problem with that scan is it doesn't acutally show how fast he was going. Its not like someone was in the middle of saying a word or he was timed or something.

Um, He did more than just "Lifting it" he actually damped the speed, plus the actual weight of the plane itself. meaning he had to over come more than just that.

Martian Manhunter's telekinesis alone would prove difficult for Captain Britain to fight, let alone adding his speed, strength, intelligence, telepathy, durability, shape-shifting, and his phasing abiities would just overwhelm the England's native hero.
