Other than having a 50-year old movie, Barbell doesn't have the feats or anything that can contend with BA.

Here's how I see this going...

Adam shows up: "Who are you supposed to be?"

CB: "I'm Captain Barbell!"

BA: "Captain Barbell? Seriously? What, was Captain Spatula or Captain Lint Roller already taken? Come back when you've got a real superhero identity, I've got to beat up the JLA." (surrounding crowd laughs and points at Barbell)

Captain Barbell hangs his head, flies away and gains 200lbs stuffing his piehole with chicken adobo, trying make up for his crushed self esteem.

Black adam takes him down.
