Captain Atom vs Thanos

In the Quantum Field... Captain Atom will win easily. He's capable of creating universes in the QF and basically be the God of that universe.

Atom can create a universe and drop it on Thanos's head just for the hell of it. Thanos has zero chance of winning.

why are people mentioning IG? its not even in the OP?

even if thanos had the IG it wouldn't work outside its universe........sure as hell isn't gonna work in the quantum field either

Thanos tied Odin and beat Tyrant. The Titan who hangs with Galactus equivalents and Skyfathers isn't going to lose to a Supes clone. Captain Atom never engaged in galactic combat like Thanos has, meaning, when Thanos fights he leaves shattered planets in his wake. I've never seen that kind of power from Captain Atom. You guys do realize that Thanos smacks Surfer around and the Surfer is above Captain Atom, right? Quit mistreating Thanos on these forums, he's not Jobberseid or Mongul and can't be physically beaten down by this Superman light...not gonna happen while I'm around.

The fight is in Quantum field,where CA is virtually omnipotent.

He didn't tie with Odin, he lost to Odin. He was able to hang with him, but lost nonetheless.

New 52 would have been a better match up, he would win IMO, pre 52 Cap loses

@masterkungfu: Because pitting Thanos against CA in the Quantum Field is a clear overwhelming advantage to Atom.

Giving Thanos the Gauntlet or a trinket makes this fair.

@trionace: the gauntlet doesn't work outside the MU..........definitely not in the QF in the DCU

@masterkungfu: when making battles on here rules usually state that its a neutral universe or trinkets would work in the battle unless specified otherwisea

Quantum Field,a place where CA is virtually omnipotent,created and destroyed a universe,easily and created SPECTRE.
Thanos is not surviving this.

With CA being in the Quantum Field Thanos is going to need IG or something to make this closer.

In the quantum field Captain should take him.
