The Power Cosmic too much 4 CA,or any other heroe 4 that matter. Norrin can do too many things. Only the Mystics I.E. Zatanna,Strange,Fate,Shazam,Stranger could stand against the Surfer.

Also both of them need a suit to survive. Without the suit cap or Monarch can't live. Galactus created Surfer his body is indistructable.

Now! Bump or Ball or Bang or do whatever you want to do cause Silver Surfer wins and against regular Cap Atom he wins easy!

Ha Ha Ha so I just told you that Surfer was able to access a force that allowed him to defeat 2 not one but 2 Galactus level beings. Are you saying that Superboy Prime or Monarch is equal or more powerful than those beings huh? And also you do know that surfer can drain and manipulate energy right even red sun energy he could easily beat Prime. You never read a SS comic before have you.
