New 52 Shazam does not have the feats to compete with any of DC's top tier heroes. Cap atom is crazy powerful and he takes this easily.

Shazam is physically stronger and faster but cap could absorb his lightning. If no lightning is used shazam may win here but from what I've seen from atom is that he is almost as powerful as supes. Cap atom 6/10
