I agree with that but I don't think Atom can avoid Morg for very long.

I don't think CA power is equal to that of the power cosmic.

Atom could beat lower level heralds But Morg is nothing like that

Even the so called "low Level" heralds are more powerful than him. He can't throw anything at them that they can't handle. Can he say the same.?

I think he's equal, if not more powerful, than low level Heralds. I can only see Silver Surfer, Fallen One, and Morg as a challenge.

I don't know about that. Firelord isn't even as powerful as other Heralds. He can only manipulate the power Cosmic in the form of fire. His control over the power Cosmic isn't as great other Heralds. I don't think he's on Cap's level of strength either. Cap strength is equal to Superman's. Firelord's maximum strength is in the 50-ton range. Terrax's cosmic power grants him power over the Earth. Like other Firelord, his control over the power Cosmic isn't as great either because it's only restricted to giving both of them power over an element, but not the complete control that Surfer, Fallen One, or Morg have already. Captain Atom, unlike Terrax and Firelord, has powers that aren't as restricted as theirs.

Actually It Isnt. Captain Atom has the Advantage here... since his powers can effect things on a Universal Scale... I think Morg maybe far more outmatched than I thought originally...
