Yes. Captain Atom was able to defeat a Martian Manhunter from an alternate universe by hitting him weak force energy. But, I still think he would lose here.
@Static Shock: if my memory serves me right you were on the side of Captain Atom in the last thread that was similar. You made a self proclaimed "prominent viner" look pretty silly in the process.
Phasing won't work. Captain Atom has been able to hurt intangible beings before with his energy blasts. I agree with the rest.

I believe so (although, my opinion was unbiased, since J'onn could win, also). I can't remember which Viner you're referring to, though.

This would have to include quantum superman or Allen Adam who is a mix of Dr Manhattan and the original captain atom from a long time ago. He stomps every single martian manhunter with a thought. Oh yes and monarch beats any martian manhunter besides collective unconscious manhunter.
