Everyone is going all out 
fight takes place in Asgard 
they start 200 Feet apart 
They all know what there up against and have a cool head

Team easily.  Either one can deflect any energy projections with thier hammers.  And if either one lands a serious blow - a killing blow - with the hammer, CA's dilustel skin is going to crack like an egg.  
 
I think a one-on-one fight with either Thor or BRB would be a closer match up.
