no BFR Bloodlust is on and high  
The More fights Atom wins the more powers he gets 
all fights take place in Washington DC 
Morals off 
Atom gets healed after every battle 
When he gets his new powers after each battle he knows how to use them completely  
Where dose he Stop or doese he clear it.

New 52 CA probably doesn't need the other powers until he is in the round with Monarch, TT and Mordru and probably stops here (depending of the versions) but stops at Parallax for sure
