Leaning towards team one.

Team one 
Atom should take Orion and Alan should take Hal

A case can be made for both sides in my opinion. Orion has already defeated Mantis and Lightray so he's no stranger to what Captain Atom is capable of. Hal vs Alan is another close one

Not necessarily. Green Lanterns can alter physical structures and construct their energy on a molecular level. For the record, Hal has already used this tactic on Alan "

I would like to see how Staic would view this battle.

Alan currently has had an intense boost of power he contains the power of the Starheart in him now and built that city on the Moon it was all explained last issue of JSA where Obsidian whined more about not being able to see Jade. We really do not know the extent that Alan has increased in strength
