Wesker could solo, imo. His reaction times are better and he's harder to incapacitate.

Yeah, I seriously doubt it's going to be a stomp. People just give Barakapool a bad rap because of him not being Deadpool. He has a healing factor, teleportation, optic blast, two admantium blades that come out of his wrist. So they may win, but not in a stomp. Cap throws his shield Barakpool will teleport or blast it with his optic blast. Wesker tries to speed blitz him, he can use teleport. The only problem I see for him is that they have far superior strength, and possible endurance. Not sure how well Cap's healing is in the movie, but it's not on par on Wolverines which was put into him. Wesker has it.
