Who'd win? For what reasons?

I think team 1 should win by virtue of superior strength, speed, and skill.

Not sure, after seeing the new Cap movie also, he's very agile and fast. His shield tosses can dismantle and take apart those Ultron lackies.

Feats for the ninjas? Only ever saw the first GI movie, and it's been forever.

Strength yes. Speed, maybe over distance, but Snake and Storm have better reflex/combat speed feats. Skill, I think the ninjas edge that out.

Hmmm. Not quite sure. I think Bucky and Cap's advantage in strength is greater than the ninjas advantages in skill and speed. Any way it goes it'd be a close fight. I'd give Cap and Buck a significant edge in durability too. I think with the shield/robotic arm and their higher durability they may be able to outlast the faster more skilled ninjas. These 4 are literally in my top 5 favorite characters, so I can't be too upset either way it goes down.

I'd say this is a good matchup but I'd need to go back and rewatch the GI Joe films, I'd say team one definitely has the edge in strength, but strength and striking power aren't the same thing, however Caps shield poses a problem that will be hard to deal with. I feel like the ninjas have better agility, reflexes, and overall combat skill in terms of martial arts, but the shield is something they don't really have an answer for, unless they aim at Steves feet :P also two movies vs four to draw feats from in Steves favor.

Snake- Eyes - Chased down a speeding SUV on foot, showed superhuman agility and reflexes flipping over wrecked cars, shot dozens of shurikens out of the air with an Uzi without wasting a bullet, extreme balance and coordination walking on two fingertips in order to get past pressure plates/did a handstand on his swords, unbreakable sword, fought dozens of ninjas on a cliffside, superhuman leaping ability, punched through a solid wood support.

Storm Shadow - Cut a bullet in half from a few feet away, and in the same motion threw his sword through Zartan's chest, showed unerring accuracy with shurikens, jumped off a building dropping a few stories and then catching himself on a helicopter, superhuman leaping, taking out dozens of enemies before they can react, survived being electrocuted and an explosion, can slow his pulse and vitals at will, infiltrated the world's most secure prison and broke out Cobra Commander, unbreakable sword.

Changed my mind. I don't think the super soldiers can win this.

Based on what's been said, I think the ninjas for a majority.

Either snake eyes and stomp shadow would be hard and together they win 10/10 I don't think It will be to easy though cause of there advanced strength.
