He's stronger, faster, and more durable then 616 Cap. Like, one of his first feats is briefly incapacitating Hulk. He's also a bit of a team buster (he has taken on the second Black Widow, Hawkeye, Nerd Hulk, and War Machine at the same time and he was kicking their @sses up until the time he tried to escape, when they captured him. And it was later revealed that he let himself get captured).

I still ain't so sure about that. Savage Dragon was in some spiritual realm or something memory is fuzzy. Taking on some demons or something in a Spawn issue. I could have this wrong. not promising nothing

Dragon can handle Ult. Cap. Dragon is faster, more agile, far stronger, more durable, very intelligent, very experienced in superhuman combat, plus has a mindblowing healing factor. I've never seen Ult. Cap dish out any kind of damage at the level required to KO Dragon. It would be like Cap vs. the Chitauri guy.
