Steve starts at the pond, Percy starts at the barn

Fight takes place at day.

Win by death, KO, or Incapacitation

Riptide will hurt Captain America here

Does Percy still have the Titan's Curse? Because that not only made him invulnerable except for a tiny lethal spot on his back, it makes him fast enough to bullettime casually. So there's that.

Then there's the fact that he can just have the pond eat Cap.

He doesn't have the Titans Curse anymore

Percy takes it in their book versions for sure.

Movie versions, I'd favor Steve. Movie Percy is disgracefully weaker than his book counterpart.

*Curse of Achilles, and Don is right he lost that a while ago!

Isn't this a complete stomp with book version Percy? He can just electrocute cap with lightning or obliterate him with a hurricane.

Oh, and Round 1 is a stomp in Percy's favor.

Round 2 could go either way, but I'd probably back Cap.

Round 2: Cap. Aside from the fact that the movie was terrible, Percy was fairly weak IMO.

Lightning? I don't believe so. A hurricane yes, but I don't believe he can manipulate lightning in those hurricanes.

But you are correct in your first statement my friend! This is a massive mismatch in Percy's favor.

Round 1: Percy could probably take it with the water

Round 2. Cap wins, better fighter, better stats, Percy's water manipulation isn't going to be enough

@jmarshmallow: Okay, thanks. I looked up the instance I was thinking about and I saw lightning is a side effect of Percy's storms, so he only has limited electrokinesis.

Should've done my research first.

@shiryu: Yeah, it's part of his hurricane, but he hasn't displayed any control over said electrokinesis.

So really it's just a side effect as you said.

Still, I suppose he COULD shock him by utilizing his hurricane, so in a way you're actually spot on!

R2: Cap fodderizes

R1: Percy stomps.

R2:im not sure. Movie Percy deflected lightning, and has some strenght feats. 50/50.

616 Cap would beat Percy tbh.

Percy should win if he plays it smart and uses his powers.

Percy should take it pretty easily round 1, he's insanely powerful and can just keep cap back with waves.

Round 2 is more even, but I'm pretty sure Movie Percy is fast enough to react to lightning so has a good chance here.
