So uhhhh, what has this Paragon done in what CV says the whole 2 issues he's been around that puts him as a challenge for Cap considering he is a Nightwing villain whom Cap would steamroll over Grayson?

I saw NW's respect thread and saw his fight with Paragon. Paragon showed nothing to me that suggests he could take Cap. He only seemingly did so well against Grayson in their second fight due to the enclosed sewer environment which Nightwing commented on. The Bugle's rooftop is a decent enough size that with Cap's stat advantage, skill advantage, and shield should take him without a huge fight.

@matchesmalone21: Just made a new comment right after you made your post. And superior tech doesn't mean much against Cap here. This guy isn't packing Batman level versatility with those whips and they aren't something he can't get around or block.

@matchesmalone21: It isn't a good fight. This guy has 2 showings against Grayson. One wasn't even really a fight and 2 he got Dick in an enclosed area which limited Grayson's agility advantage so he would be easier to hit. In an area with a wider radius against an equally as agile opponent as Grayson is, and the rest of the stats such as skill, strength and speed are superior by a decent margin with a weapon that can counter said opponent's weapons he takes virtually every time.

What's the "ear dampeners holding" portion of the dialogue about?

@BringnIt: Nightwing shot sonic disks on the clock to stun everyone and the dampener was lessening the effect on him. Paragon cut out the clock to get rid of it.

I think Paragon gets stomped. He only gave Nightwing a challenge because the space was so constricted.
