Captain America Vs New 52 Bane

Versus

Round1: Captain America does not have his shield

Round2: Standard affair

Round one : Bane Demolishes x2

Round two : Bane Demolishes

Cap isnt gunna fare any better then Batman did and Batman knew who Bane was and had a lot more gadgets.

Take away the Venom and Bane it should be even.

Cap can take everything Bane throws at him and come back to win the day, both rounds.

You do know Bane had to physically and mentally exhaust Batman in order to beat him, not only is this a known thing. He himself stated this in Batwoman 22 "I had to resort to treachery" Hell even she subdued him with help.

Bane both round...easily...

Bane on New 52 Venom utterly dominated Batman in their fight.

I don't know much of the New 52 Bane, so I'm judging him in a general aspect (before and during New 52 series).

Round 1: Bane (with venom)

Round 2: Captain America (with shield)

Interesting.. what would you say was the winning factor for Bane in their fight?

Massively superior Physical stats.

Right, yeah. That was kind of how I made my decision on the match.

With Cap vs Batman the winner is normally a coin toss. Batman normally outskills Bane. So normally I assume Cap can handle Bane.

Here, I still think Cap can take home the victory, but it'd just be a lot harder.

Cap should still have the advantage in skill, but he's shown in his current series that his endurance and durability are INSANE. He's been shot, stabbed, battered, thrown, and has fallen from huge heights. He's had the evil consciousness of Arnim Zola rotting him mentally from the inside for YEARS. He's had to protect his "son" Ian, while hunting for him and keeping them sheltered. His endurance has been tested physically as much as it has mentally, and he's still kept trudging on for 12 years.

Having said all of that, the point is, I think Cap has the durability and stamina to outlast Banes strength, and will win through his advantage in skill.

I am inclined to say Bane could win in Round 1, although Cap has shown that his shield hasn't always been the thing that saves him in a fight.

Round 2 - Tie because I can't decide.

Cap can knock him out and makes him waist most of his stamina. With Caps fast healing and his own enhanced attributes along with his enhanced mind. Plus his A- list fighting skills. Bane is going down after a good fight.

After seeing that:

I think Cap fairs better than Batman, but Bane takes both rounds.

Caps durability and endurance is better than Batmans, and his shield is more reliable, but on the flipside, Bane won't be wasting time on monologue when he's fighting Cap.

So.. I see Bane taking it 9/10 Round 1, and 7/10 Round 2, just on the off chance that Cap conjures up enough strength to force Bane on the defensive and win with his shield.

Bane doesn't have the same venom that he used against against Batman anymore

Round 2- Much closer.But still Bane takes this.

That changes my initial thoughts then. How strong is Banes venom compared to the one he used when he destroyed Batman?

He's classified vy the DEO as having Sueprhuman strength and he ripped the head of a talon when they ambushed him

He's probably still strong enough to throw Cap around, then.

Too Batman? Yeah however to Steve I would like to think there is contest. Steve...let's be honest is superhuman, can see and react faster than bullets, can jump 2 stories, battle genius, clearly inhuman strength etc etc.

Rd 1. I think Cap takes it in a hard won battle. He often fights outside of his weight class and ekes out a victory. 6/10.

Rd 2. I think Cap breaks Bane's skull open with his shield.

Cap wins because he fights out of his weight class often? That's like the one thing everyone seems to hate about Batman, and it did him absolutely no good, without even pointing out that Batman's "fighting out of his weight class" feats sh!t all over Steve's.

I got to see scans of this! Isn't his new-52 Warblade, not as impressive as his old self.

@entropy_aegis: Don't know exactly where his strength is at, but at one point he was swimming in lava and laughing at Superboy's punches.

At this point Slade cant do anything lol.

New 52 Warblade might be more impressive than the old one as far as physical stats go. The old Reno couldn't swim in lava or take hits from someone like Superboy or get punched through mountains without a blemish. He'd heal, but it would certainly do some damage.

Bane demolishes both rounds.He had no problems with Batman and I don't see why he would have any problems with Cap.

I'm not sure he killed Reno, he wasn't actually told to kill anyone on his mission and there is a distinct lack of blood spewing from a severed head

That knife is Slade's standard sword. The other knife he's talking about is a short dagger Harvest gave him to kill the Ravagers with.

Depends on whether Reno's blood even works the way other people's blood does.
