Cap takes this with a solid win, Mystique maybe more agile, and skilled in terms of fighting ability but Cap is more intelligent in terms of strategic plans, and Cap with is World War 2 experience he might have the upper hand

shes quite weak than. maybe she could turn into the black widow and trick him for a sneak attack

I think cap is too observant for her to make a sneak attack the only thing she can do to defeat cap is to defeat him to a last man standing match.

But I almost forget, she can do some cool stuff like partial shape shifting, meaning, she can alter certain parts of her body specifically. She grew wings or gliders before. She can also conceal weapons in her body, grow extra limbs, shift around the placement of vital organs.

plus cap is excellent at hand to hand combat

yeah but she made a wings and glider for her escapo. the best thing she did is grow extra torso with complete limbs to attack at diff positions at the same time, they are cool true but I still hardly think that those skills aren't gonna much with the likes of Cap

Writers may find a way to give this to Cap. But on paper, Mystique should win.

Agreed but I don't think Mystique is at all close to Cap in terms of fighting skill, though I think she has the better defense for close quarter combat.
