Either way, Cap should take this handily. No offense to Man-Bat, but he's never been particularly threatening in the stories I've read. In Pre-52, a young Batman was able to subdue Man-Bat with a bit of effort. During the Batman & Son arc, Bats was able to take on multiple Man-Bats (with League of Assassins training). Given Cap's physicals, plus the fact that he's bloodlusted, he pretty much holds all the advantages on Kirk.

Yep, even Damian killed one of them easily,Pre-52 Man-Bat was also one shotted by Bane who wasn't even trying.With the New-52 Man-Bat seems a bit tougher,his skin can withstand bullets and he can lift cars but still current Bane owned him in Arkham War,but on the other hand his wife and father are supposedly meaner and bigger than he is but ultimately even they lack sufficient feats. The OP hasn't specified which version of Man-Bat,still for now Cap owns Kirk might be different story with Abraham if he gets decent feats in the final issue of TDK.
